From the first click to the reservation

Visitors filter the catalog without reload, open a complete vehicle page (full-screen photos, verified history, itemized delivered price), then request a quote, ask for a callback or reserve the vehicle right away: they create their account, upload their ID and a recent proof of address, accept your terms and pay the reservation amount. The vehicle is held for them throughout.

You stay in control

  • Dashboard: vehicles, requests, custom searches, reservations and documents to review.
  • Every request has its status, history and notes: none gets lost in an inbox.
  • You approve identity documents (backed by automatic checks) and confirm reservations in one click.
  • Everything is set in the admin: amounts, delays, texts, pages, colors.

Frequently asked questions

What does the download include?

A single file: the German Auto Mandataire theme. It contains the BO Auto Mandataire Core plugin, which holds the data (vehicles, requests, reservations): when you activate the theme, a button installs and activates it in one click. One license key activates both.

What happens without an active license?

The catalog, vehicle pages, itemized price and quote requests remain available. Online reservation, identity checks, custom search, the price calculator and premium page installation require an active license.

Does the reservation charge the vehicle price?

No: only the reservation amount you set (fixed or percentage), through the WooCommerce payment method of your choice. You describe its nature and terms in your own terms page; the theme makes no legal assumption.

Where are identity documents stored?

On your server, outside the media library, encrypted and not reachable directly from the web. Only an administrator can view them; they are deleted automatically after the period you choose.

Does it depend on an external service?

No. No third-party service, no library to install: everything runs on WordPress and WooCommerce.

How do updates work?

Right inside WordPress, like any free plugin or theme: the plugin under Plugins, the theme under Appearance › Themes. The same key covers both for the whole license period (1 year, renewable).

Can I customise the theme without losing updates?

Yes: settings (colours, texts, amounts, pages) are made in the admin and are kept. For custom code, use a child theme: parent theme updates keep arriving normally.

How many sites does a license count?

One site per installation, theme and plugin together: the 1-site plan covers one complete site, not two activations. You can free a site from My account › My licenses to move it.
