What sets it apart: an order is never confirmed on the basis of a notification alone. The plugin queries the Loov Pay API, compares amount and currency with the order, then confirms. Lost notification? Automatic reconciliation catches it within 15 minutes.

Choose the “card only for the listed countries” rule (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland… preselected): a customer in Paris sees “Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)” and a Loov Pay page with no mobile money option; a customer in Cotonou keeps both.

How it works

  • Install the plugin and activate your license.
  • Enter your Loov Pay keys (app and merchant) in WooCommerce › Settings › Payments.
  • Choose the payment methods rule by country.
  • That is all: the webhook and the verification are handled automatically.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can my customers in Europe pay?

Yes, by bank card. The plugin detects the billing country and only offers cards to them; the Loov Pay page then shows no mobile money option. The amount is paid in your store currency, converted by the customer’s bank.

Do I need to configure a webhook at Loov Solutions?

No. The plugin sends the notification address itself with every payment, and additionally verifies every order with the API. Nothing to enter in the Loov dashboard.

What if the customer closes the page before the end?

The order stays pending; as soon as Loov Pay confirms the payment, the notification or the automatic reconciliation (every 15 minutes) validates it. You can also check manually from the order.

Are transaction fees included?

No: fees are those of your Loov Solutions contract. The plugin charges nothing.

Can I use the plugin in euros?

The Loov Pay documentation lists XOF, XAF, UGX, KES, GHS, RWF, TZS and ZMW. For a store in euros, first ask Loov Solutions for confirmation, then enable the “Currencies” option in the settings.
