Talent Platform turns a WordPress site into a complete job platform, comparable to the major recruitment sites: companies post their jobs and track their applicants, candidates search, apply and follow their progress. Designed for West Africa: local currencies, cities, sectors and occupations, Mobile Money payments, slow connections and small data plans. The site, the administration and the emails are in French and English.
What candidates see
- Fast job search with filters (city, sector, contract, salary, experience, remote work), a home page with search by sector and featured jobs.
- Clear job pages (salary, contract, location, experience) and an application in a few screens, with CV, cover letter and an optional voice message.
- A personal space: profile and photo, documents, step-by-step tracking of every application, saved jobs, job alerts by email or notification.
- A PDF CV builder: three templates (classic, modern, compact and readable by screening software), colour, language, photo, languages, certifications, download and sharing.
- One-click sign-up and sign-in with Google, Apple or LinkedIn, by SMS code, by email or with a passkey (fingerprint, face).

Payments and countries
Payments through FedaPay, KkiaPay, CinetPay or PayDunya (MTN, Moov, Orange, Wave Mobile Money, bank card) and manual payments (bank transfer, Mobile Money to your number) approved by your team. Sixteen country packs (ECOWAS and Mauritania) provide currencies, regions and cities; a reference list of 32 sectors and 462 occupations adapted to West African markets is included. Boostage Online takes no commission on your sales.
Mobile apps and API
A documented (OpenAPI) and secured (OAuth 2) REST API connects white-label mobile apps, sold separately: candidates and recruiters, phone notifications, in-app purchases. The site also works as an installable app on phones, with browser notifications.
License and updates
The license covers one production site, one year of automatic updates and support for the plugin and the theme, with a single key; it is never renewed automatically. The portal keeps working without an active license; the license unlocks updates, support, email campaigns and the mobile app settings.
