Every paid order becomes a compliant invoice, numbered without gaps, frozen and archived — with nothing to do. Every refund becomes a credit note. Your quotes turn into orders with one click from the customer. And at month end, your accountant receives a CSV and the PDFs, automatically.
The PDF engine is written in pure PHP with no external library: no dependency to update, no imported vulnerability, identical documents on every host, including Hostinger with LiteSpeed.
Compliant with your country
The plugin knows the mandatory mentions of Benin (IFU, RCCM), France (SIREN, SIRET, RCS, VAT, capital, €40 recovery indemnity, art. 293 B exemption), Belgium (BCE), Germany (Steuernummer, USt-IdNr, § 19 UStG, “Gutschrift”) and a generic EU / international profile. Documents are written in the customer’s language: French, English or German.
How it works
- Install the plugin, activate your license, fill in your company: the requested identifiers adapt to your country.
- Pick your template: logo, colours, font, columns. Click “PDF preview”.
- Invoices go out on their own with WooCommerce e-mails; send one manually whenever you want.
- Create quotes, send them, let the customer accept online: the order is created with frozen prices.
- Every month, the accounting export is generated and sent to your accountant.
