BO Billetterie is a complete WordPress theme for training centres, independent trainers and event organisers. After a fifteen-minute setup wizard you get a fast site, in French and English, that shows your dates, takes registrations, collects Mobile Money or bank card payments and hands every participant a QR-code ticket. No commission on your sales: the money goes straight to your accounts.
What your participants see
- A catalog and a calendar (list or month) with filters, prices, live availability and a personal calendar subscription.
- Event pages adapted to the type (course, MasterClass, workshop, conference, concert…): programme, speakers, venue and directions, detailed tickets, social sharing with a ready-made image.
- Registration in three short screens, with or without an account, errors flagged while typing, one ticket per person and per event, the option to register other people.
- Payment adapted to the participant’s country and operator: Mobile Money (request sent to the phone), bank card on the provider’s secure page, bank transfer or on-site payment with an “I have paid” button, payment in two or three instalments.
- A personal area without a password (code received by email): tickets, orders, receipts, verifiable PDF certificates, transfer of a ticket to someone else.
What your team does
- Create an event with its tickets, promotions, waiting list and registration rules.
- Follow orders, automatic reminders for unfinished payments, reconciliation with the payment providers.
- Check entries with the phone camera, even offline, with search by name.
- Dashboard: registrations, attendance, revenue, forecasts and advice; participant reviews after the event.
- Numbered receipts, pro-forma invoices for employers, certificates generated automatically.
How it works
You upload a single file: the theme. On activation it installs its BO Billetterie Core plugin, which holds all the data (events, registrations, payments) and keeps it if you ever change theme. The wizard then guides you: activity, identity, colours, contact details, payment methods. The pages (home, catalog, calendar, about, contact, FAQ, legal pages) are created for you, with a live preview on phone, tablet and desktop. Ten style variations, light and dark mode.
Payments and security
Supported providers: FedaPay, CinetPay, Paystack and Wave, plus manual payments (bank transfer, Mobile Money to your number, cash on site). Every payment is verified with the provider before the order is confirmed; a built-in simulator lets you test the whole journey without real money. Your team signs in on a page in the site’s colours, with optional two-factor authentication; the standard admin address answers “page not found” to visitors. Every order receives a fraud risk score.
License and updates
The license covers one year of updates and support for the theme and its plugin, with a single key; it is never renewed automatically. The site keeps working and selling without an active license: the license unlocks automatic updates and support. Updates arrive right inside WordPress, even if you use a child theme.
