Our plugins install like any WordPress plugin. The simplest way is through your site’s dashboard.

From the WordPress dashboard

  1. In the left menu, open Plugins › Add New.
  2. Click Upload Plugin, then choose the ZIP file you downloaded.
  3. Click Install Now, then Activate.

The plugin then appears in the dashboard menu (often under WooCommerce, or in a menu of its own).

Over FTP or a file manager

If the upload fails because of a size limit on your hosting, unzip the file on your computer, then copy the resulting folder into wp-content/plugins/. Activate the plugin from Plugins › Installed Plugins.

Common problems

“The package could not be installed”

You probably uploaded a ZIP that itself contains the plugin ZIP, or a renamed folder. Use the file exactly as downloaded from your account.

“Destination folder already exists”

A version of the plugin is already present. Use Replace current with uploaded offered by WordPress, or delete the old version before reinstalling: your settings are kept.

Blank page after activation

Check that your site meets the product requirements (PHP version, WooCommerce). Deactivate the plugin over FTP by renaming its folder, then contact support with the error message displayed.
