The license unlocks the plugin, its automatic updates and support. Until it is activated, the plugin shows a reminder in the dashboard and its features stay on hold.

Entering the key

  1. Copy the key from My account › Licenses (or from the order email).
  2. In your site dashboard, open the plugin settings, License tab.
  3. Paste the key and click Activate. The status becomes “Active” with the expiry date.

Per-site activations

Each license allows a number of sites defined by the plan you chose (1, 5 or unlimited). A site is identified by its domain name. Development domains (localhost, *.local, *.test, staging or dev subdomains) never use an activation.

Moving a license to another site

From My account › Licenses, click Deactivate next to the site to release, then activate the key on the new site. You can also deactivate directly from the plugin settings on the old site.

Error messages

“Activation limit reached”

All allowed sites are in use. Release an activation from your account, or order a plan covering more sites.

“License expired”

The plugin keeps working during a 14-day grace period, without updates or support. Renew from your account to get both back; after that period, the plugin pauses until renewal.

“Cannot reach the license server”

Your hosting blocks outgoing connections to boostageonline.com. Ask your host to allow this domain, then try again.
