Every paid order produces a certified invoice, validated by the Direction Générale des Impôts of Benin through the e-MECeF system. It carries a security code and a QR code.

Downloading an invoice

  1. Open My account › Orders.
  2. Click View next to the order.
  3. Click Download the invoice: the PDF opens in a new tab.

The invoice is also attached to the confirmation email sent when the order is completed.

Verifying an invoice

Scan the QR code, or enter the MECeF code on the DGI verification website. You will see the amount, date and issuer as recorded with the tax administration.

Invoice in your company name

Enter your company name and tax number in My account › Addresses before ordering: they then appear on the invoice. For an order already placed, contact support: a credit note and a new invoice are issued.
