As soon as your payment is confirmed, the product is available in your customer area. You also receive an email with the download link, your license key and your invoice.
From your account
- Sign in to My account.
- Open Downloads: every purchased product is listed with its version number.
- Click the file name to get the ZIP. Keep it: this is the file you will install on WordPress.
Bank transfer payments
With a bank transfer, the order stays “on hold” until the funds arrive. The download and the license key are released as soon as we confirm the payment, usually on the next working day.
Did not receive the email?
- Check the spam folder of your mailbox.
- Files always remain available in your account: the email is only a shortcut.
- If your order does not appear in My account › Orders, contact support with your order number.
