Our licenses are yearly and are never renewed or charged automatically: you decide on every renewal. These terms complement the Terms of sale and the Software license agreement.
1. Term
A license lasts one year from the issue of the key, that is, from the confirmation of payment. The expiry date is shown in My account › Licenses and on the plugin’s license screen.
2. No automatic renewal
No amount is ever charged without action on your part. Should we one day offer automatic renewal, it will be optional, enabled only with your consent and cancellable at any time.
3. Reminders
A reminder email is sent 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before expiry, then on the day of expiry, with a renewal link. Please check your spam folder: not receiving a reminder does not extend the license.
4. Renewing
Click Renew in My account › Licenses or in the reminder email: the product is added to your cart with your key. After payment, the same key is extended by one year; there is nothing to reinstall.
- Before expiry: the new year is added to the current expiry date. Renewing early never costs you a day.
- After expiry: the new year starts on the day of payment.
5. Renewal price
The price is that of the same plan shown on the product page on the day of renewal, visible in the cart before any payment; any renewal discount is stated in the reminder email. Prices may change, but never for a period already paid, and you remain free not to renew.
6. Changing plans
To cover more sites, order the appropriate plan: you receive a new key, and the old one remains valid until it expires. Write to us before ordering if you would like to merge your licenses.
7. At expiry

A paused payment or invoicing plugin may remove its payment method from your checkout or suspend invoice certification. Renew before the end of the grace period so that your own customers are not affected.
8. Stopping
To stop, simply do not renew: there is no cancellation to send and no fee. You can deactivate the key on your sites to free the activations. A revoked license (refund, payment dispute, breach of the license agreement) cannot be renewed.
9. Refund of a renewal
A renewal extends a service you already use: it is not refundable for a change of mind. If an update released during the new term makes the software fail to match its description and we do not fix it, the Refund policy applies within 14 days of the renewal. Refunding a renewal removes the added year: the license returns to its previous expiry date.
